USA asked: The last time I went to Tijuana was in November 2004. I didn’t get in to trouble, but knew that it could happen if I didn’t totally control myself. Has it imporved since then? Or is it just as bad?

asked: I have friends visiting from Australia, one of which is an Australian citizen. We want to make a day trip to Tijuana. Assuming they are permitted to visit the United States and Mexico, would they be restricted from re-entering the United States from Mexico?
