Luvv2travel asked: We will be traveling just after Christmas and walking from the US side. How should we travel to Rosarito Beach? What should we see why we are there? How safe is it after dark?
Since we already have a hotel booked in San Diego, staying in Mexico is not an option. We only want to visit during the day since we have never been. We are from the East coast.
