Beth asked: I have applied for a passport, but don’t think that it is going to get back to me in time. However, I have paid for a vacation in Cancun that is non-refundable. Does anyone know what ID is needed to walk across the border from San Diego to Tijuana and then catch a domestic flight to Cancun? I know that you can still walk or drive into Mexico without a passport. Can I fly between two Mexican locations without a passport? Thanks.
