just take a normal hot dog and wrap it in bacon, and barbecue it.
just take a hot dog, wrap it up in bacon and slather it with some Tabasco…. there, a Mexican hot dog.

There are a lot of good taco shops that are authentic to ones you’ll find in Mexico. Going 805 south, as soon as you hit National City you can pretty much get off at any exit and find one. Try 805 S to 54 W….then get off at Highland Ave and make a Right. Then follow this for a little while, past the High School you’ll see and you will run into a lot of Taco Shops. My favorite is Tacos El Gordo =)

Exit Main St off the 8, go north and you’ll see a car wash and a mexican grocery store called Kalin’s.
Inside Kalin’s theres a little taco counter that makes the most amazing dollar tacos I’ve ever had in the states. I get them weekly at least. I rock the pollo while my man likes the carne.
They’re total street type tacos and only a dollar a piece! Try them, they’re SO good and totally worth the drive from where ever you are in SD!
