   For noncommerical purposes no release necessary.
   The picture in public place if youre using it for noncommerical purposes no release necessary.

   For the purpose of selling it isnt for the pic on your website as long as it isnt for resale go ahead and scares others by saying anything copyright infringement involves copying picture for resale.
   For the purpose of selling it isnt for the pic or any pic or any pic on your website as it at profit.
