Has anyone used Dr. Luis Suarez, located in Tijuana, Mexico, for liposuction? If so how was your experience?

   Just ask him for the names of some of his other patients. Any plastic surgeon who isn’t a butcher will have some patients who can vouch for the quality of his work, and you’ll be able to see the results of it first-hand.
