How/where can I report someone who is an illegal alien?

when and how asked:

I know a mexican who is here on a visitors visa but abusing it. she has been here in Phoenix for 3 years and when she goes to Mexico, she flies, but when she comes back, she flies to tijuana, crosses by foot, and then gets an flight in San Diego to Phoenix. Where can I report Visa violations?
to the girl who says I should have better things to do, this woman I want to deport is potentially commiting identity fraud among other things…so when she steals your identity, tell me I have better things I should be doing… The visa Violation is the best way to handle this because I can prove that. I am only 75% sure of the fraud
