I am considering TJ because its the closest place to my husband’s base with reasonable numbers. I am a fulltime student and he works. We have a home and I am relocating to SD in a couple of months. I just want a reasonably price beautiful place to live. I am bringing pets with me as well which taxes on more money in SD, and most places probably would allow my pitbull in the apartment complex because he’s going to be huge. I am not relocating without him. I also dont want to get raped or killed while he is away either. The places I am considering claim to be well secured. I mean a 4 bedroom well designed modern home for 500 per month just in TJ…. which does worry me. I speak enough spanish to function with the locals. I want to be safe. Yikes I am confused!
