xxxxprincessgirl asked: I feel like I’ve lost my mind but I’m doing it anyway… the cost of lipsuction and a mini facelift in Mexico is a fraction of the cost here in the U.S. apparently because the surgeons in Mexico are not requiered to carry malpractice insurance (at least i think thats why ) Has anyone else out there had surgery in Mexico? I have never been to Tijuana either so anyone with any travel tips for the area would be greatly appreciated.. i will be traveling with my 18 year old daughter and i am a little nervous about the whole thing but I will be 43 years old this year and frankly i guess my vanity is winning out over my fears… wish me luck and thanks

la.leche asked: I would like to know what is the most economical way to travel from Anaheim to Tijuana. I heard that you could stop in San Diego and take the trolley or something. How long will this travel take?
Another one would be, how do I get to Vegas from Anaheim? Any other attractions besides the casinos?
